Find a project suited to your learning objectives
We have a select number of projects that we work with in Africa. These include conservation work, animal rehabilitation, construction and working with communities. All of these projects can be combined with an adventure expedition.
Kenya WaterRelief Project
This project helps the local Akamba people in Kenya to improve their access to water by constructing small-scale sand dams and water tanks.
Tanzania Schools Project
We have two project sites in Tanzania both aiming to improve educational facilities for Tanzanian children. One project site focuses on building schools & educational facilities in Marangu village on the slopes of Kilimanjaro, the second location is in the Lake Manyara region and again focuses on building schools, teacher houses and school farms to provide sustainable income for the schools.
Malawi Orphans & Community Project
By working closely with rural & township communitiesin Malawi this project helps to develop and improve living conditions for Malawian children & their families.
Swaziland Game Reserve Project
Set in the African bush, this project supports valuable conservation work to ensure the long-term protection of wildlife in Southern Africa.
Malawi Wildlife Project
A new project to rehabilitate African mammals as well as work to construct Malawi’s first Wildlife Centre.
Whale Shark & Manta Ray Conservation

Feedback from our partners
"Mambo Vipi Poa!
I take this opportunity on behalf of students and staff of Mshiri Vocational Training School, first of all to thank Quest Team 2008 for work you did and are still doing to construct our hostel which will be beneficial not only to poor children of our villages but to all Tanzanians. Students who will gradute here will have improved their way of living and elevate themselves from poverty, therefore they will not forget Quest for this generosity in their lives.
We students and staff learned a lot from you:
1) How hard you worked and completed the work on time. I remember one visitor who came and said "These people are working like bees!"
2) How you work as a team. You were doing any job co-operatively".
3) Good relationship you had with the fundis, ourselves and the rest.
This shows if different people of different countries, cultures and races work together how this world could be so peaceful and pleasant place to live. We say again, thank you and you are welcome back anytime. Sincere thanks to Quest."

“We are very grateful for the generosity your organization has shown us, and I will ensure this money is well spent to further conservation within the reserve. Some of this money will be used to pay for a helicopter game count, which will greatly assist in the more effective management of the reserve, with the remainder contributing towards the costs of translocating Giraffe, Wildebeest and Zebra from an over-populated area into the under-populated Northern section of the reserve.”
Matthew McGinn, Manager - Mbuluzi Game Reserve, Swaziland
The Quest group has really done amazingly well. I can\'t believe how a school can be built so quickly and with so much good will and sense of purpose. I am so impressed and so grateful to you all. A big \'thank you\' again from the Joshua Orphan Care Trust”.

Add-on an expedition to see more
We have a number of different itineraries in place that take-in the highlights of Kenya and surrounding countries as well as places off the beaten track. Our expeditions vary from basic hostel type accommodation through to more luxurious accommodation in tented safari camps. Our UK staff have all spent years overseas so are able to put together new itineraries based on the time your staff have as well as the level of comfort. A sample itinerary added on to this project could include:
